Box Roof Solar PV Fixing Kits

Our Box Roof Solar PV Fixing Kits provide a compact mounting solution for attaching solar panels to suitable sectional metal and box-profile roofs.

The system uses short aluminium rail sections that can be quickly positioned and fixed directly to the appropriate areas of the metal roof using stainless steel self-tapping screws.

The compact rail sections are also easy to transport and handle on site.

Compact Solar Rail Fixing System

Each rail section is approximately 100mm in length and is supplied with 2 stainless steel self-tapping screws per rail.

The short rail design provides a simple alternative to using continuous-length solar mounting rails on suitable box-profile metal roofs.

The rails are designed for solar panels installed in portrait orientation.

The fixing rails are available:

• Individually
• In boxes of 25

Solar panel mid clamps and end clamps are sold separately and should be selected to match the frame thickness of the solar modules being installed.

The Box Roof Fixing Kit is intended for suitable sectional metal and box-profile roof coverings.

The roof type, profile and fixing points should be checked before installation to ensure that the selected fixing system is appropriate for the particular roof.
